Only Isha Hatha Yoga teachers who have graudated from the 1,750 hour teacher training programme in India can teach this programme. Now you can benefit from our experience without needing to travel to India yourself. Discover how to reach the peak of fitness so that whatever you want to do, your body is 100% YES!
You do not need to attend all the sessions. Session 1-3 are stand-alone sessions:
